Refund Policy

​At Tuk Tuk Adventure, we strive to provide the best Tuk Tuk experience possible. We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy regarding Tours, Rentals, and Wedding Transport.

To ensure availability for all guests, our tours operate on a strict schedule.
​More than 7 days notice: If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled tour, you are eligible for a full refund.
​Less than 7 days notice: Cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.
​Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within the non-refundable period are subject to availability and manager approval.

​For customers renting a Vehicle or bicycle for personal use:
​More than 3 days notice: You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours (3 days) before the rental start time for a full refund.
​Less than 3 days notice: Any cancellations made within 3 days of the rental date are non-refundable.

​Late Pick-up: If you do not pick up the rental at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking may be considered a "No Show" and cancelled without a refund.

Due to the specialized planning and reservation of vehicles required for weddings:
​More than 2 weeks notice: Cancellations made more than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the event date are eligible for a refund.
​Less than 2 weeks notice: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

​How to Cancel
To cancel or request a change to your booking, please contact us strictly via email at Tuktukadventurekos@hotmail.com or call us at 6931306773 . Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a response from our team.
​Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 Buisness days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

​Operator Cancellation / Weather
In the rare event that Tuk Tuk Adventures must cancel a booking due to severe weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule free of charge.
