Terms & Conditions
Tuk Tuk Adventure Kos, Greece
By booking a tour or renting a vehicle from Tuk Tuk Adventure, you (the "Client" or "Renter") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Vehicle Rental Policy (Quads, Scooters, etc.)
Rental Period & Returns
Standard Return Time: All rental vehicles must be returned to our designated location by 21:00 PM (9:00 PM) on the final day of the rental agreement.
Late Return Penalties:
Any vehicle returned after 21:00 PM will automatically incur a full day’s rental charge.
For every additional day the vehicle is kept past the agreed return date, the Renter will be charged the daily rate plus any resulting loss of business costs.
No Refunds for Early Return: No refund will be issued if the vehicle is returned prior to the scheduled expiration of the rental period.
Damage & Liability
Renter Responsibility: The Renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Any damage caused to the vehicle (bodywork, tires, engine, accessories) will be paid in full by the Renter upon return.
Mechanical Failure: In the event of a mechanical breakdown occurring through no fault of the Renter (e.g., engine failure with no foul play or negligence), we will provide a replacement vehicle immediately. If a replacement is not available, a refund for the remaining rental time will be issued.
Insurance Voidance: Insurance coverage is void (and the Renter is liable for total costs) if:
Damage is caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The vehicle is taken off-road (sand, salt lakes, unauthorized trails) in violation of the agreement.
Greek Traffic Laws (K.O.K.) Compliance
Helmets: As per Greek Law, helmets are mandatory for BOTH the driver and the passenger on Quad Bikes (ATVs) and Scooters. Failure to wear a helmet is a traffic violation and grounds for immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Fines: The Renter is solely liable for any traffic fines (parking, speeding, helmet violations) issued by the Greek Police during the rental period.
